Chef’s Table Discovery Experience

A pastry-led six course tasting menu at $118++ per person, available only with a prior reservation. Savour a complete experience with a curation of sweets and savouries showcasing seasonal Japanese and European produce at their prime. Each creation is personally finished and presented by Chef Makoto Arami at the intimate 8-seat counter。

This culinary journey unfolds in the private Tsudoi Dining Room – ‘Tsudoi’ (集い) meaning ‘a friendly gathering’ in Japanese – an intimate setting for bonding over pastries.

Beverages

Complement the pastries with juices, French teas, or a selection of fine coffee. Premium coffee beans are carefully sourced and freshly roasted in-house for that perfect cup.

Barista-pulled coffee are offered with a choice between the AMI House Blend, composed of Brazilian Cerrado and Indian Robusta Cherry beans for a complex brew; or the premium single origin Ethiopian beans, an aromatic natural espresso blend – both with the added option of Hokkaido milk for full-bodied creaminess.

Premium Filter Coffee are brewed with Brazilian Rancho Grande beans or the award-winning Gesha Passiflora that captivates with Colombian coffee cherries from the Gesha plant.

Also in the beverage range are limited edition German ice wines, Champagnes, classic red and white wines, as well as sakes for a complete Japanese experience.
